Ol' Drips Coffee Shoppe started with a simple idea: Eastland deserved a place where the coffee was taken seriously and nobody rushed you out the door.
We source specialty-grade beans and roast them in small batches so every cup has character — bright when it should be, smooth when it needs to be. Our kitchen bakes from scratch, and our regulars know exactly how they like their order by now.
